Veterans and their Spouses can sign up for the Wills for Heroes Program to get their:

  • Simple Will
  • General Durable Power of Attorney
  • Medical Power of Attorney
  • Living Will

All free of charge for Military Veterans and their spouses

Step 1

  • Initial Contact
  • Paperwork Sent

Fill out Estate Planning Questionnaire (link below)

Your Will and PoA will be made off of answers to the Estate Planning Questionnaire

Step 2

  • Paperwork Received
  • Will and PoA's Created

Email completed Estate Planning Questionnaire to:

Your Will and Powers of Attorney will be generated, and we will contact you to schedule your meeting with an Attorney

Step 3

  • Virtual Meeting with Attorney
  • Review and answer any questions

Schedule and participate in an online virtual meeting with an attorney to review your Will and PoA's.

An Attorney will review and answer any kind of questions you may have

Step 4

Come into our office to sign your documents with our Notary.

We are Notarizing by appointment only to ensure maximum safety for all Veterans and Volunteers.

All Veterans must fill out the following Application before Notary can sign your final documents.  Provided below you can download & print, fill out & sign the form and bring with you to your appointment. Or, blank forms will be available when you come in to sign your documents.
